At SR Trendy Trend, we value our customers and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience from start to finish.
This policy explains how you can cancel an order and request a refund if needed.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped.
  • To request cancellation, please email us at info@srtrendytrend.in with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
  • Once your order has been shipped or is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, initiate a return after delivery under our Return Policy.

2. Automatic Cancellations

Your order may be automatically cancelled if:

  • Payment is not completed successfully.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders remain unconfirmed after verification.
  • The product becomes out of stock or unavailable after order placement.
    In such cases, you’ll be notified immediately, and a full refund (if paid) will be processed.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • Order cancelled before dispatch.
  • Item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Return request approved as per our Return Policy.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Items purchased under “Final Sale”, “Non-returnable”, or customized orders.
  • Orders cancelled after dispatch.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return or cancellation is approved, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).
  • Refunds for COD orders are issued as store credit or bank transfer upon confirmation.
  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your refund has been processed.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again.
  2. Contact your payment provider—it may take additional time for the refund to reflect.
  3. If the issue persists, please contact us at info@srtrendytrend.in with your order and refund details.
