We deliver Pan India, covering all major cities, towns, and postal codes through our reliable courier partners.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your order is successfully placed.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 2–3 business days
  • Other locations: 3–4 business days
  • Remote areas: 4–7 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, weather, or festive rush.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

If your package is delayed or undelivered:

SR Trendy Trend is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

7. Undelivered Packages

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, repeated delivery failures, or refusal to accept the parcel, the package will be returned to us.
In such cases, we can reship the order after deducting applicable return shipping charges.

8. Prepaid & COD Orders

  • Prepaid orders are prioritized for faster dispatch.
  • COD orders are verified via call or SMS before dispatch. Failure to confirm may lead to cancellation.
